Holy karabast! Lucasfilm just dropped the teaser trailer for Episode IX – Now named Star Wars The Rise of Skywalker!
Oh, boy the energy in that room was just electrifying as JJ Abrams and Kathleen Kennedy revealed the long awaited teaser for Star Wars Rise if Skywalker!

JJ Abrams, Kathleen Kennedy, Anthony Daniels, Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, Billy Dee Williams, Kelly Marie Tran Joonas Suotamo, Oscar Isaac and Naomi Ackie were on hand for the panel this morning at Star Wars Celebration…not to mention Ian McDiarmid showing up at the end of the Rise of Skywalker teaser.
When the teaser ended, McDiarmid was standing on the stage, received insane applause and cheers. After we quieted, he said (as Palpatine) “Roll it again!”
The crow went apeshit and the teaser played again, ending the panel.
What a day!
